Bio

Molly has over 15 years of professional and active fitness experience in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Indianapolis.  Molly teaches many fitness formats including Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Strength and Cycle classes.  Her certifications include Aerobics Fitness Association of America (AFAA), IM=X Pilates (Floor and Exercizer), Polestar Pilates, Fit Tour Pilates, Yoga Fit, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning, and FlyWheel Cycling.  Her clients range from 8 to 87 years old. Molly served on the Performance Enhancement team for USA Diving while the US Headquarters were in Indianapolis and trained 2008 and 2012 Olympians David Boudia (2012 Gold and Bronze medalist) and Kelci Bryant (2012 Bronze Medalist) in Pilates. Molly’s dedication to fitness doesn’t stop at instruction alone, she served as the Fitness Expert for Fox 59 Morning News in Indianapolis for 2 ½ years.  She is the creator and developer of the Quick Cuts Pilates Practice DVD (nationally recognized in Pilates Style Magazine and the 120 Second workout.

Molly was a presenter for Fit TV and Self Magazine during national tours in early 2000, currently serves as a Fitness Expert for Google Plus and provides online fitness instruction for the Saturday Evening Post. She completed her B.S. in Business from Indiana University in 3.5 years and has had multilevel experience in the fitness industry, including Corporate and Entertainment Marketing with Fit TV and WebMD. Molly also served as the Director of Licensing for Fox Kids, Walt Disney Consumer Products, and The Indy Racing League.  Along the way during her business career, she always maintained a full fitness teaching schedule. Molly is a mom to Holyn & William and happily married to Scott Tittle who serves as president of the Indiana Healthcare Association. Molly is on a constant quest to help others realize their true potential through healthy living.
